Working Principle

This industrial filter press features high-temperature-adapted components to form sealed chambers. Hot materials (120-320℃) are pumped into chambers under industrial-grade pressure. Heat-resistant filter media trap solids, while hot filtrate is discharged through dedicated channels. Its pressure-regulating system compensates for thermal expansion of materials and equipment, preventing leakage. Once filtration completes, the hydraulic system automatically separates plates, and the heat-resistant ejection unit removes filter cakes, enabling continuous processing of hot industrial feeds.

1. How long is the delivery time of your product?
The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the crushing plant is big and the customers have special requirement on the crushing plant, the delivery could be extended.

2. What are the payment terms?
The payment term is T/T.

3. How long is the product warranty period?
Our warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

4. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide remote online guidance and video instruction.
On-site installation and commissioning service can also be arranged upon the customer's prior notice.
Customers are welcome to visit our factory for technical communication and training.

5. Can your company provide wearing parts?
wear parts are generally provided on a chargeable basis and are not covered by warranty.
