Working Principle
The high-efficiency SUS304 belt filter press realizes sludge dewatering through four continuous stages. First, textile wastewater sludge is evenly fed onto the SUS304 filter belt. In the gravity dewatering zone, free water seeps through the belt mesh by gravity. Then, the sludge enters the wedge-shaped pressing zone, where dual belts gently clamp it to remove interstitial water. Next, the high-pressure pressing zone applies strong and uniform pressure via roller extrusion, forcing residual moisture out—critical for sticky textile sludge with fiber impurities. Finally, the dewatered sludge cake is scraped off, while the SUS304 belt self-cleans to avoid clogging.
