 1. Lower Moisture Content: The powerful diaphragm squeeze produces filter cakes with much lower moisture than conventional filter presses (typically 15%-30%), significantly reducing downstream drying or processing costs.
 2. Higher Filtration Efficiency: The squeezing process shortens filtration time, accelerating the process and increasing throughput.
 3. Improved Washing Performance: The uniform structure of the squeezed cake allows washing liquid to pass evenly, resulting in higher washing efficiency and lower liquid consumption.
 4. Energy Savings: Although an extra squeezing step is added, the overall cycle time is shorter and achieves drier cakes, leading to lower total energy consumption.
 5. Flexible Operation: By adjusting feed pressure, squeezing pressure, and squeeze duration, the press can accommodate different material characteristics for optimal filtration performance.

1. How long is the delivery time of your product?
The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the crushing plant is big and the customers have special requirement on the crushing plant, the delivery could be extended.
2. What are the payment terms?
The payment term is T/T.
3. How long is the product warranty period?
Our warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.
4. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide remote online guidance and video instruction on-site installation and commissioning service can also be arranged upon the customer's prior notice.Customers are welcome to visit our factory for technical communication and training.
5. Can your company provide wearing parts?
wear parts are generally provided on a chargeable basis and are not covered by warranty.
